AdventHealth Centra Care Lake Buena Vista

We suspected my sister got food poisoning at Disney's Epcot, so we ended up coming here since it was close by and took our insurance. She checked in using the tablet, but since our insurance is out of state, it had trouble auto-reading the insurance card. However, they did have people working at the desk who were able to help after she was checked in. We waited about 10 minutes before she was seen. Jeremy was our nurse, and he was amazing. He was so friendly, very attentive, and actively listened to my sister's concerns. The provider was Nykia-George Bryan, who was also very attentive and thorough. She ruled out norovirus, COVID, and flu with a test. She prescribed some medicines that we were able to get at the facility instead of having to go to the pharmacy, which was worth it to us sinc

Amazing service from Bella, Kristel, and Omar. Simple check-in, shorter wait time than anticipated. Was able to get the needed medication right on site which was a major help since we didn't have a car. Advent complimentary service from Disney was fantastic. Never want to deal with illness on a vacation but this experience made it much more manageable!

I'm from out of state and had never needed medical care away from home before, so I was understandably nervous. However, from the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made everything feel simple and seamless. They were welcoming, helpful, and made the check-in process incredibly easy. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. Every single person - from the front desk, to the intake nurse, to my nurse and the doctor went above and beyond. I have never experienced such a warm and caring team. My nurse was absolutely amazing. She was kind, attentive, and incredibly compassionate. She kept me informed about wait times and next steps, updated me on the doctor’s plan, and even checked to see if I could be seen sooner. Within 10 minutes, a doctor came in. She truly put me at ease

All the staff were wonderful. My son had an asthma flare up and needed a neb treatment while at Disney’s All Star Resort. They sent their adventhealth van to pick us up and bring us back to the resort. The facility was very clean. The wait wasn’t very long either. The driver Mike was very professional and friendly. He was a safe driver and made us feel comfortable the whole time.

I cannot say enough great things about AdventHealth Centra Care Lake Buena Vista. My son was very sick, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with such kindness and care. Tarelsha and Destiny were absolutely amazing—so patient, compassionate, and genuinely caring during a very stressful time for me as a parent. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my son was comfortable and that I felt supported and informed every step of the way. Their kindness and professionalism made all the difference. Exceptional service, exceptional staff, and a wonderful experience despite the circumstances. I am incredibly appreciative and grateful. Highly recommend this location!
