AdventHealth Centra Care Kids Winter Park

This is the best place for children's medical care. The service is very efficient, with a maximum waiting time of usually 20 minutes. The staff, including the front desk personnel, nurses, and doctors, are all very friendly. They attentively listen to the health concerns and thoroughly explain treatment options. They accommodate walk-ins and also offer services in Spanish. Overall, I highly recommend this center. Additionally, they provide X-ray services and have a professional team with extensive experience caring for children. The facility is always clean and well-maintained. I wish they would return to the children's waiting area, as my kids loved it! 💕

Absolutely phenomenal! We were in Orlando visiting and of course our son, with a mild history of Asthma came down with a virus. Diagnosed as “Slap Cheek” he started to get a rash and bad cough. Being from out of town we googled closest pediatric walk-in clinic. I called many and all but this one had mid-level providers. We felt more comfortable seeing a Pediatrician at the Winter Park clinic. Wait was minimal, registration was efficient and the Physician was wonderful and really worked to ensure we felt comfortable while away from home. So thankful we found this clinic!

Wait time was fair. There was a few people there. Doctor was fast waiting time was about 3-10 minutes doctor addressed problems prescribed creme. Wished a fair well and great rest of day. Ladies upfront were fast like traveling at the speed of light. super friendly. Would come back to this urgent care.

This kids Centra Care has never failed me yet. It's one of the best in central Florida. Always a pleasure taking my son there. Whenever he get sick, he looks forward to go there. Staffs are adorable.

The review would have been 5 stars if not for my last interaction during discharge instructions. I brought my 2-month-old in, and she was diagnosed with RSV. Thankfully, I had already been doing the right things at home, so it was not an emergency, and we were discharged with instructions to continue monitoring her and go to the ER if anything worsened. At discharge, the nurse who initially seemed friendly during the visit, opened the door, handed papers to my husband, and said that if a fever came up we should take the baby straight to the ER. I wanted to clarify what temperature qualified as a fever, so I asked, “What fever?” Instead of clarifying my question or asking follow-up questions, the nurse immediately responded in a sharp tone: “Ma’am, a fever is 100.4, and ANY 2-month-old wi
