Excellent doctor, highly recommended. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and shows genuine empathy. I felt respected and well cared for throughout the entire visit. His entire team is also outstanding—very professional, kind, and attentive. As a lovely touch, they even gave us a delicious popsicle. I would definitely recommend this practice.

We just had the most amazing experience with this clinic. They took my daughter in immediately and we were greeted with the kindest smile and lovely customer service at the front desk. From there, the nursing staff and clinicians were thorough and responsive to our questions. They also each introduced themselves to my daughter, which I feel is sometimes lacking in pediatric care. At the end of our appointment, we were given printed and verbal instructions and we were able to purchase the needed medications right there on the spot- saving us time from going to the pharmacy. As a mom and Certified Child Life Specialist, I would recommend this office for your pediatric urgent care needs.

Check-in was quick, the nursing staff was kind and attentive, and we hardly had any wait time — which was a huge relief with a very sick child. The provider we saw was outstanding. He was approachable, energetic, and took the time to clearly explain my son’s condition, what symptoms to expect, and exactly how to care for him once we got home. That clarity, reassurance, and empowerment made all the difference during a stressful time - our whole family was sick. He prescribed everything my son needed and even made the visit a little ‘fun’ for him, despite how unwell he felt. The care felt compassionate, thorough, and truly centered on our family. I wish this provider could be our son’s regular pediatrician. We’ll absolutely return if we need urgent care again.

We're very thankful for this facility. We've been here on several occasions and always have great care. The front desk, nurses, nurse practitioners and doctors are skilled. Their areas. The wait time isn't terrible most times, especially if you schedule an appointment time ahead. It's where we prefer to go for any urgent care issues when our pediatrician is closed.

We were the last patients on Saturday night, and I was truly impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the entire staff. The doctor, nurses, and team welcomed us warmly and provided excellent care for our kid. I especially appreciate that they were able to dispense the necessary medication on-site, which was extremely helpful and saved us an additional trip to the pharmacy. I am sincerely grateful for the team’s efforts and would like to extend my special thanks to Dr. Matt for his attentive and compassionate care. Thank you for the outstanding service.
