AdventHealth Centra Care Hunter's Creek

This was my first time at this facility. I was quite satisfied in that the staff was very helpful and friendly. My particular issues were addressed promptly and I was discharged in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend their services. Special mention:J Henriquez PA ,Camille, also the lady at the front desk (I didn't get your name).

When I got to the clinic it was fully packed however I needed the medical attention for me and my son so I waited. The front desk staff was very accommodating professional and communicative. At one point one of the nurses Caroline came outside to announce that they had a full house and apologized for the delay She stated that everyone would get treatment just to have patience. This was wonderful to see and hear. I always come to this place and have never had a bad experience

Helpful and kind front staff. Plus the back office had competent , friendly, and detailed nurse and doctor. My experience was way better because of all of them. Big thank you for the time and energy. Thankfully it also wasn’t too busy when we arrived and were seen promptly

I love this place. It’s always been my saving grace. The stuff is always very kind. Sometimes it gets busy, but if you go out the right hour, they take you immediately my whole family goes here, including my child. Great providers that actually care about you.

Jayleen at the reception desk was kind, friendly and very helpful unusual to find that these days. Mauricio was very efficient and Doctor Beverly was very good at listening to my symptoms and concerns and gave me options on what I should do. My only critique is I waited in the patient’s room for 22 minutes before the Doctor came in!
