This clinic location was amazing! They treated my wife for a fractured ankle and were very professional. Perpetua was our nurse, and she was thoughtful and caring throughout the entire process. The whole office was welcoming. I highly recommend going here for your urgent care needs!

I went in for a very minor procedure. I told the nurse practitioner and medical assistant I previously successfully treated this in this urgent care and abroad every time. They asked absolutely nothing about what worked before, etc. and did almost nothing to communicate with me other than the bare minimum. The medical assistant failed the procedure, worsened my symptoms, and after 30 minutes of the same painful experience, the nurse practitioner took over and failed again. After this, they dumped me and prescribed a serious medication that, if I took, would only have harmed me. It was not medically necessary. The care I received was bad, irresponsible, and not with the times. I later fixed the problem by myself, at home, using the techniques I know worked and no medication.

I always get great, quick and friendly service here an my neighborhood Centra Care! I’ve been having an ear ache and so set an appt online, got there ahead of appointment as requested, was greeted with a smile, and I had barely sat down when they called me in to see the doctor. I was seen, diagnosed and the prescriptions sent in to pharmacy very efficiently. They were wishing me to feel better as departed. I’m now conveniently at the pharmacy next door to pickup my prescriptions and it’s still before my appointment time that was scheduled online! I don’t expect it to always be this fast, but this is pretty awesome to be seen and start the road to recovery so quickly! Thank you!

This location does both Urgent Care and lab work. Good experiences with both. Michelle in the lab is friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. We are lucky to have such a great person helping us at this location. The urgent care is great, but just be aware that this location is popular and may be backed up.

This is my first time here and they treated my son with so much kindness, they made him feel comfortable and happy... and of course, I felt great too!
