AdventHealth Centra Care DeLand

recently visited AdventHealth CentraCare in DeLand, Florida, and while my overall experience was mixed, I specifically want to recognize someone who truly stood out. Ken in registration was absolutely excellent. He was kind, caring, patient, and genuinely welcoming. When you’re not feeling your best, that first interaction matters more than people realize — and Ken made a real difference. He treated me with warmth and respect, and that meant a lot.

We had an amazing experience visiting urgent care for the first time. My daughter was really worried about going in and Steven made the wait so much easier by giving her and her sister some pages to color and treating them to a little treasure when they were done. The woman who checked us in was very sweet as well too, and our nurse was super helpful. The doctor was great comforting with his analysis and advice for treatment. Thank you all!

All the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Very understanding and patient as well as non judgmental. I really like how the front staff were so polite. Not often I see this great customer service. The back staff and front staff were so nice! Steve, Simone and Sandy are great. And the front staff Alina and Ken were so professional and friendly. I was helped by Dr.Dean and he was straightforward and helpful, he definitely took my concerns seriously! Thank you

Super friendly staff, quick, and efficient in and out! Alina and Ken at the front were awesome and really good with my sick kid. In the back, Sandi and Stephen were super helpful and really cared. Dr. Dean explained everything thoroughly and did a great job. in 20 minutes! Wow

I took my 86 year old mother there and was very impressed. I am a registered nurse and thought everything went smoothly. There office was very clean and they had coffee and bottled water in the waiting room. The nurse practitioner we saw lisette conde was amazing. She listened to my mother and explained everything so she could understand. We are very grateful 🙏 They were definitely 💯 better than going to the emergency room! I will definitely go there again if needed! 5 STARS TO LISETTE CONDE!
