I want to give a huge shoutout to AdventHealth Daytona Beach Centra Care for taking such amazing care of me! I came in with a laceration on my right index finger and was in and out in less than 10 minutes — which was especially impressive since I arrived just before closing. I was brought back and seen immediately by Dr. Kramer, who provided a thorough evaluation. They quickly cleaned and wrapped my finger and made sure I received a tetanus shot. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and professional. Staff was kind, attentive and compassionate. I had an 8:40 am appointment. I was taken to an exam room about 10 minutes early. Was seen, had x-rays, and results explained. A splint was applied and I was in my car headed home by 9:05 am. Thanks to all involved in my treatment - y'all were great!

It was my first visit to Advent Health Care in Daytona Beach. The lady’s at check in were friendly and took their time with me. I only wait less than 10 minutes to see Dr. Wesley Kramer MD. He took his time to listen to my issues. And took care a them. The whole team was great. I been to manny medical place this I rate it 5 starts. I wish all places were like this places. I have never entered a business and felt so discriminated against until I went to this urgent care. My daughter was feeling pains under her left breast and I called and spoke with a Representative whom told me the office was open so I went there. A “black” woman was there and we are a black family there and she blatantly discriminated because I had an accent before she told my American born daughter feeling pains in attitude that it is going to be a 3 hours wait because there has been people coming in that are bleeding and if we want to leave it is up to us because she doesn’t want to keep us away from her care. I sat there and several other persons came and she spoke with them with respect. My daughter felt ashamed and mentioned “mommy we are the only people she spoke to like that.”. I g

I went w the crud that everyone else is experiencing. The front staff was awesome checking in and efficient. Brooklyn, my intake nurse was fantastic, NPA Tiffany listened to me. Listened to what was going on, my signs and symptoms. She took the time and it was just a phenomenal experience. Well done Daytona.! I was able to leave there w all my medication so I could start feeling better asap!
