I love this facility!! It’s always quick, friendly, and available. The front desk lady Maria is sweet and talkative, Kaila the young lady in the front is always smiling and in rare occasions entertains the guest by showing off her karate kicks she learned from TikTok, and Christian has been the FASTEST!!! Medical professional I’ve ever had!! I come here often for random drug test and he gets me in and out within 30-40 minutes that includes checking in and waiting. Today was a little longer because I did my DOT physical but 1hr with everything isn’t bad at all. I’ve been at facilities for over 2 and 1/2 hours waiting and slowly doing the process, so I appreciate that he comes in ready saying okay here’s this boom boom, then right away this is next, then this, and boom okay doctor will be in

I took my son to the Conway Centra Care on 12/27/25 and it was a great experience. I was greeted by Steve who was cheerful and walked us through the paperwork with a smile. As we were in the waiting room, I heard him greet everyone in the same cheerful way. He was also empathetic with walk-ins who would have a longer wait. We were called back within 5 minutes of our appointment time and had a short wait for the nurse practitioner who assessed my son's condition, walked us through his care plan and answered our questions. They gave us paperwork with notes of everything the nurse practitioner had gone over with us. As we left, Dennis at check out wished us well and a happy holiday. The team working thay day was wonderful. We will definitely return.

I had a great experience at this medical office. Dr. Davy Medina and Elena were extremely kind, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The office is clean, well-organized, and in perfect condition. The care I received was excellent, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality medical care.

No one wants to go to urgent care but sometimes you need some help to feel better. Was able to easily get in an hour before close and was in and out in 45 min. Check-in was easy and the woman working the front desk was very kind. Christian did my vitals and I saw David and both were great and very thorough. I hope I don’t have to be a frequent visitor but if I’m sick it’s nice to know this place is right up the street.
