AdventHealth Centra Care Celebration

I made 12:00 PM appointments for my children and we were not seen in a reasonable timeframe. We sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half, only to be brought back to an exam room where we waited another 40 minutes without any updates or care. My children had fevers, were exhausted, hungry, and crying and each time we asked how much longer it would be, we were told “20–30 more minutes.” That estimate kept getting pushed back. It raises a serious question: what is the purpose of scheduling appointments if patients are not seen anywhere close to their scheduled time? What was most disappointing was the complete lack of empathy from the office manager. Awesome experience with this place. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The provider Bealie treated me professionally and with respect. Nurse assistant Kristen was patient and caring, Tech Jesus was jovial and cheered me up. It’s a very clean and professionally run place. They even have popular medications in stock, which saved me extra time avoiding a separate drive to the pharmacy. The spotless bathrooms and free coffee just rounded up a pleasant and quick visit. Highly recommended!

READ!! READ!!!! I recently visited AdventHealth urgent care central care in celebration and had an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, caring, and truly attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel safe throughout my visit. They made accommodations when it came to payment , offering a payment plan that works with my income. Shout out Caitlyn, she leads a fantastic team and this will be a my future choice for any medical concerns. The nurses, doctors, and support staff were all extremely professional and compassionate. Front desk staff was extremely disrespectful to my family. They claimed they could not find my insurance, which is absolutely active. They made us wait & call in to speak with a representative, and pushed us to the back of the wait line as a result. And after it was verified that we DO have insurance they still didn't do anything to make up on the time wasted with them not knowing how to find insurance info, in fact, they told us to not use insurance & pay $500 if we wanted to keep our spot. The actual nursing staff was helpful, which we were grateful for - Bealie Grace was great

This location is beautiful and it’s fairly new. I have been to this location several times for myself and for my family. Sometimes I had no wait and other times I did but I understand that situation happens in an urgent care setting. The staff here has always been super friendly and the providers have always listen to all and any concerns that I had for myself or my family. Yes, they get busy with tourist because of the location but I have always received excellent care. I highly recommend this location.
