I had a great experience at this urgent care. The doctor Williams and the entire staff were very kind and professional. Everyone treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable during my visit. The nurse was especially thoughtful—He even opened the door for me when I arrived and again when I was leaving. Small gestures like that really show how much they care about their patients. Thank you for the excellent service!

The practice was clean and efficient and all staff were kind. Maria Herman, APRN was phenomenal. She was kind, knowledgeable, friendly and personable. She took the time to make me feel seen and heard and ensured she got a full background to help care for me. I appreciate her taking time to ensure I understood my discharge instructions and provided me a printout of the after visit summary. Definitely recommend her as a provider! The front desk team and Luis the manager were also wonderful. While it was a busy day (flu season), they all kept me informed of the wait time and even went above and beyond to collect vitals to help expedite the visit. Kudos to the whole team! They all demonstrated great teamwork and handoff communication to provide seamless care.

It was a great experience! The staff which were Ashley, Rodjeen in the front, Mara, Edwin and another young lady in training last but definitely not least Ms. Kishma Williams, APRN were all very patient with me. They explained everything and treated me like I really mattered. My name is T. Bournes. I planned to go back there for my urgent care needs.

My experience at this facility was phenomenal! Edwin was amazing. He attended to my every need, listened carefully and also was beyond helpful with all the information. Maria was also amazing. She took the time to fully understand my concerns and my pain and was extremely caring and compassionate. The entire team made me feel comfortable and cared about throughout the entire process of my work injury. Will definitely recommend to anyone in the future.

Going to this location was the best thing I did. From the front desk girls that were so sweet kind and helpful and made us feel so comfortable. To the nurse Siobhan in the back the was the biggest sweet heart! She made what could have been a scary experience for my 8 year old to being the best doctor visit ever. She took the time to talk to her and explain every single thing step by step. Grateful for her and her patience. It was our 1st time at this location and if ever needed it will be the only location we will come to!
