I wasn’t feeling well and was able to schedule an appointment online with ease. I prayed to Jesus that He would give me the best of the best staff. Check in was wonderful with both the kind receptionists. Nurse Whitney was thorough and calmed my nerves immediately. APRN Amba was so kind and informative. She explained everything to me in detail to make sure I understood and to ensure I start feeling better. I truly felt cared for by all the staff and I’m grateful that God put me under the care of this wonderful, educated staff! Thank you and God bless you!

I had a great experience at the AdventHealth Centra Care walk-in clinic in Apopka. I went in for flu treatment and made my appointment online—super quick and easy. My appointment started right on time, the visit was fast, and they did testing with results ready within minutes. I was able to get treatment right away. The service was excellent, and the staff was amazing—very professional, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend!

I’ll start by saying I called and asked for a specific condition to be tested/treated for and they told me over the phone that it was covered at this location, which is honestly the only reason I went. Overall the staff was nice and they did communicate that it would be a wait due to only one provider working and the number of people still waiting to be seen. That was no problem for me. My biggest issue was the provider herself . She came in to explain the results for a test they did to rule out other issues, which I understood, but when I asked about the specific reason I came there everything I said after was dismissed. She spoke to me as though I didn’t know anything about what I was saying. She made it clear that I didn’t seem to understand the priority of one condition over the other

I was able to be seen and the provider was excellent. CentraCare policy of not giving a prescription for any opiates under any circumstances makes them really suck. And the summary of my visit said finger and right when it was clearly my left hand.

I had a great experience. Everyone was very accommodating and receptive. I tried 2 other urgent care places before going here last night. The first said I couldn't come in as a walk in. The second place said I couldn't go in because they closed at 8pm even though I was only 6 minutes away and it was only 7:20pm. I called this place and they said I could be seen. I appreciate that they helped me even though I got there 20 minutes before they closed. They worked efficiently and I was able to get the antibiotics I needed within the hour. Thank you! I really appreciate you.
