AdventHealth Carrollwood ER

First time here. Good service. Staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. They were calm all the time, gave me detailed instructions on what they were doing. Service also was really fast. Doctor treated me with respect, humanity and caring for my health. Only thing I would reccomend to staff or patients, give/get your images (Xrays, Ct Scans, etc) in a CD, so you can have it on hand when you go to the referred specialist. ER staff did not give it to me, and I had to come back to an advent health hospital to get my copy, otherwise the specialist would reschedule my appointment.

Was truly surprised at the service I received here at the ER. Can’t say enough about the fabulous “bedside manner” everyone showed me. The staff from my first encounter until I was discharged gave 5 star service. They even called me to ask how they could have done better. My answer was I couldn’t think of anything. And I had just been telling friends about how impressed I was.

Good evening, yes my name is Alexander. I was here a month ago in December of last year. The people in the hospital treat me very nice. But today I got in the hospital this past Saturday and it's 5:55 day day rush. So half-assed they try to keep rushing to push me out. I know it's not a hotel. I know they got a job to do but one of the nurse pulled my dressing off my arms and I have HS. Y'all know what it is, but two nurses who actually helped me who was gentle with my arms but the other nurses they do a half fast drive. Yes I understand they give out resources. I understand that but it's like me and my fiance on homeless and we're trying to get off the streets for all. The shelter is all full but the way I was treated for the past Saturday this past Saturday is the worst. I've been in the

Pediatric team was great. Very knowledgeable and they make sure to educate you so you have an understanding of your care plan forward before you are discharged. They also followed up with a call when we were home the next day to be sure my child was feeling better.

Caring, knowledgeable wonderful people got me in the bed down the hallway and the wheelchair. Welcome to me and asked me why I’m here. Explain to everyone that I could not speak some words without a slur. So they took me back in a wheelchair. And then put me in a room check my vitals and hold me to the CT scan scanner. Everyone was so nice.
