My biological mother came into my life in 2019. In 2021 she had a stroke and was admitted for rehabilitation. She was able to remain there until she passed away last night. I can't say anything negative regarding her care. As a Nursing home Administrator myself I was pleased with the care that she received. I cannot thank the staff enough for this. There kindness, compassion and love for what they do goes along way. Thank you sincerely.

My mom is currently a patient at Solaris Healthcare Apopka, and our experience has been so extremely positive. My mom has gone through a health care crisis over the last 3 months and has been discharged and readmitted nine times to various hospitals, rehabs, and skilled nursing facilities. Believe me when I tell you we have had some appallingly bad experiences, so bad I have been unable to sleep at night for worry. I think when you have had those traumatic experiences and then arrive somewhere like Solaris Apopka, you are all the more grateful. In May of 2023 my mother suffered a bad fall at the home of a family member and was admitted to a local hospital. She severely injured her back and right arm which required surgical intervention. After a two week hospital stay she was subsequently transported to Advent Healthcare North Apopka, FL in June for rehabilitative therapy. The nursing care she received saved her life, both physically and emotionally. She had been in excruciating pain and with the kind, caring nature of her many nurses and therapists most especially Garth who lovingly fed her, humored her and watched over her as well as Susie her wound nurse who nursed her arm and cared for her many months from start to finish. My father was a patient there to receive PT rehab more regular. He was basically left in his bed 23 hrs a day. He developed UTI and was in toxic shock when they finally took him to the hospital. They also lost one of his hearing aids.

I regret to express my dissatisfaction with Solaris Healthcare Apopka's customer service. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact them for payment-related matters have been consistently challenging. The unresponsiveness, coupled with a high turnover of staff, has resulted in a frustrating experience. Improved customer service would undoubtedly enhance the overall satisfaction of clients. I would not have even given them a one star but app would not let me.
