This has definitely not been a positive experience at this infusion center. I received what was supposed to be the first of a three-dose iron infusion series on Thursday, and I am confused as to why all three infusions were not scheduled at the same time. Instead, I am now having to chase down appointments for doses two and three. I attempted to schedule the remaining infusions before even leaving the center and was told I would need to call back, which is unacceptable. If there was any confusion about whether this was a one-dose or three-dose infusion, that should have been clearly clarified by Nurse Elizabeth on Thursday, as I was very explicit in stating that I understood this to be a three-part iron infusion. If the order reflected a one-time dose, it was her responsibility to educate

I’ve been receiving chemo infusions with nurses Elizabeth and Holly, and they are absolutely wonderful. Their kindness, professionalism, and gentle care make each visit so much more comfortable. I’m truly thankful for the compassion they show every single time.

Everyone ( registration to infusion rooms ) who treated me and I interacted with was amazing 👏 🤩. Daniela my nurse ❤️ she's amazing always made sure I was comfortable. I'm grateful for her kindnes .

I was a patient here & throughout my whole time there, the staff are all so nice & welcoming. Everyday I went in for rad therapy there was nothing but smiles and I love that. Made my time there a little better. Thanks. Oh, also Kelvin, this gentleman shows nothing BUT compassion for patients here. Thanks so much Kelvin for being so kind to me and my family. #cheers

Every single person in this office truly cares about each patient. My husband has been a patient for 6 years with only the very best personalized care. We feel close to and love Dr S. He has been an actual lifesaver for us. ❤️
