AdventHealth Cancer Institute Kissimmee

I am battling Stage IV Colorectal Cancer. Not fun. But everyone at the Cancer Institute makes that battle so much easier. The quality of the staff and their care is as high as anyone could ask for. I wish I could give a higher rating. And when I say everyone, I mean everyone from the Receptionist who remembers my name to the pleasant cleaning staff. It's an overall welcoming environment all around. The nurses balance an amazing bedside manner with superior medical knowledge and first class quality care. The infusion room is spacious and has many amenities available. Plus...I really enjoy the snacks. If I were forced to make one change I would request more comfortable chairs in the infusion room for the guests waiting with us patients while we receive infusions. Aside from that small reques

I had a very Excellent experience as soon i walk in to the office everyone greet me. Made feel so good. The nurse Ms.Mel was so joy and very professional and Expert on her service. Mr. David professional radiologist, and very care. And Expert on his job. And Dr. Harvey Excellent Doctor very caring. Professional and Excellent on services and give instructions and understanding. Excellent Saff. I Recommend this office anytime.

I was treated here 2 years ago and unfortunately my husband ended up with cancer after me and was also treated here. Staff is great they make you feel like family they remember me after a year away when I returned with my disband. Everyone is sweet and caring. It’s the best place for treatment. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I was so thankful we were allowed one person to be with us during treatment. They provided Pillow, blankets, drinks and snacks. They have TVs with headphones for each station although I slept thru treatment.

I want to give praise to the outstanding team at Advent Health. Through my cancer journey so far, they have been my cheerleaders. I never had so much compassion, care and understanding as I experienced from the cancer infusion team at Advent Health Kissimmee . From day one they told me I wasn't alone and they meant it. Even during my worst days with chemo, the infusion team made me laugh and smile. They treated me like a friend instead of a patient. When I rang the last chemo victory Bell, it was like a huge party and they celebrated with photos, gifts and a heartwarming card signed by the whole staff. I can't say enough about this Team of amazing warriors! Again, I want to say Thank you for everything you do to make people feel supported and well cared for!🩷

I went recently to this location with a family member and was very please at the professionalism of all the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the infusion nurses demonstrate genuine care for the patients. They were very polite and facility is very welcoming and clean.
