AdventHealth Bond Clinic Urgent Care

Absolutely a disgrace to human kind. I was trying to check in with "marcia" if she gave me the correct name, and as I began to explain that im having an asthma as of last night and chest is so tight its causing muscle cramps and chest pain. There was no regards to my symptoms, after explaining again why im here she continued to catch an attitude and firmly asked me again whats wrong? What are your symptoms?? I have never in my life been treated like that. Oh and by the way I was the only one in the lobby, no excuse for the attitude!!!!!

This is our go to Urgent Care Center. We always seem to get decent care here, in a timely manner. Everyone is friendly. It's a clean and efficient location.

No wonder they have 2.5 reviews. African American lady at the copy machine refused to help intake me as a new patient because my insurance card is online Another nurse tried to step in but because I said the f word she got offened and called security. Would not trust people like this to respond to any urgent situation. I was only coming in for a covid test and would have happily paid just to be seen.

Took my 86 year old mom to Urgent Care at 2 pm today and staff sent Rx to a non contracted pharmacy, Not the one we confirmed while we were there. Tonight we get a get a message from the other Pharmacy stating Rx was ready for pick up & price was $$$. I attempted to call urgent care as they were not closed and was told there is no way to reach them on weekend. I was given 4 digit extension but it only works during their weekday work hours. This Leaving us with no way to contact them without going back to urgent care tomorrow and requesting Rx be sent to correct pharmacy. Meanwhile, here we are with no medication/treatment for another 16 + hours. This is unacceptable and leaves me the family to be responsibility for obtaining the Rx. needs tonight so she can start to get better. Will

Love the doctor I take my mother to see, but horrible admin and support staff. Nurses do not return your calls and the billing department is clueless as to how billing works and will send you bills that have been improperly claimed with the insurances. I heard that Advent health is taking over and I hope they fire them all and replace them with competent staff with better training!
