Advent Dental

I’ve been coming to this office for over 5 years for routine teeth cleanings. Sadly I was informed at the most recent cleaning that I have a cavity and it needed to be filled. I agreed to do it the same day. The procedure took maybe 15 minutes? The dentist was really good about numbing the gum before the injection. The injection was pretty painless. And the drilling and the filling went quick, smooth and painless. I was amazed!

I NOW 'enjoy' going to the dentist as I KNOW FOR SURE that my dental issues WILL BE FIXED. The ENTIRE dental office is so professional, timely, friendly and as the sign over the dental office says, "GENTLE." The BEST entire dental staff I have ever gone to. I WILL GO NOWHERE ELSE!! Brian Murphy

I recently attended Advent Dental for a routine check-up and was extremely pleased with the quality of care provided by my dentist. He was professional, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The overall dental care experience was excellent, and I felt well taken care of. However, I did encounter some challenges with the billing process. There was a misunderstanding regarding how my insurance claim was processed, and I reached out for clarification. Unfortunately, the interaction with one of the staff members, Tammy, was less than pleasant. I felt that my concerns were not addressed in a respectful manner, and the conversation left me feeling uncomfortable. The Doctor/ Dentist and his crew is very professional and helpful. They are very intelligent, and knowledgeable. When I need appointment, they also can find a time for me. The place is very clean and friendly.

My dentist was very thorough and straightforward. Got in, did the job, and got out. Also the existing receptionist is amazing. Honestly I will be coming back because of her very positive impact in a tough time. She was helpful and educational and very nice.
