My daughter broke her tooth on Friday at lunch and i understand the office was closed but i went early this morning and sat from 730-830 before someone showed up just to tell me that someone would call me when they got into the office from the dental side. 3 pm I’ve still heard nothing and when i just tried to call for the third time i am unable to still get anyone on the phone. Seems like this office capabilities are about as good as my daughter’s insurance and that’s not a brag. Not to mention the website never says the dentist works there once a week.

Kept canceling my kids appointment, and then trying to schedule it way out from the original date. My kids had an appointment June 5, then they moved it to the 19. They then canceled it the day before bc they forgot it was a holiday and I had to call them back to reschedule. They then tried to push it back to the end of July, and when I said no, she asked about December! I then told her no, my son needs immediate attention bc he has a tooth growing in the same spot as another one, neither one of them is loose.

I had no problems with my first visit. After that visit, everything started to be inconsistent. Appointments being changed several times throughout the month and when you call the office. THE APPOINTMENT SETTER is unprofessional and confrontation! Had the nerve to ask me did I wake up on the wrong side of the bed just because I was questioning her about the appointments and their system. Why would a person deal with employees with smart mouths? Or that's the way they want them to act? Not sure,and don't really care anymore but I will be looking for another dentist for sure!!

I was referred by a family member. Dr. Phillips and staff are all compassionate, personable yet professional on the phone and in the office. They are blunt and straightforward. No hard to understand jargon or round-about answers. They make my 3 children feel comfortable with honesty and transparency. My children actually look forward to going to the dentist now.

They keep canceling my son appointment and can never get anyone on the phone and then never contact me to reschedule. This was every since before the Storm Helena and this place is not a great place to be open for business.
