I had an colonoscopy and endoscopy yesterday. My appointment was for 11:30 and was there on time. I got in the prep room as soon as possible. The medical assistants and nurses were super helpful and reassuring. Dr.Baez an amazing doctor as well as the anesthesiologist. Didn’t feel anything. woke up, no after pain no nothing. I greatly appreciate the front desk as well amazing customer service.

Highly recommend to have a procedure done at this clinic. Staff very professional and caring. Nurses/Doctor, explain everything thoroughly and they make you feel cared for. Very little wait time and just an overall great experience.

If you make an appointment get ready to sit for 2-3 hours waiting to get seen. This has happened more than once to us so far. If you dare come late 10 -15 min they would cancel you and charge you.
