If I could give this chiropractic office 0 stars, I would. First, they kept charging my husband even though we repeatedly stated we had already met our deductible for the year. (We did get a check back for that). The chiropractor was aware that my husband was receiving PT services in addition to chiropractic for a back injury. Fast forward two months, and we received a call from our PT clinic's biller asking us if we had received PT elsewhere because insurance denied our claim. Turns out, the chiropractor was using a PT modifier to bill for e-stim, which was taking up our PT visits. When we asked the chiropractor's office about the billing code, they were rude and blamed us for not knowing our insurance policy. I strongly recommend avoiding this practice. Had two visits. Walked out much worse than when I walked in- both times. Went in with neck pain and after treatment(s) I now have middle back pain that I had never experienced and the neck pain is still there. On top of that I'm told they made a mistake and now you owe us an additional $100 on top of what I was already paying- very cheesy! Very disappointed. The doctor and staff are friendly enough and I was shown some stretching exercises but that is little relief when you walk in feeling ok and walk out in pain bad enough to not be able to stand up without assistance.

Avoid this place, got an adjustment that cracked my L5 S1 disc, 30 minutes after leaving major sciatic pain, surgery required. That was seven years ago and I’m still in chronic pain every single day. Seriously avoid this place
