Excellent service ! Doctor , staff and operators

I would give zero stars if I were able to. I made an appointment with them as a new patient and then they cancelled my appointment due to “covid” and couldn’t see anyone face to face which I understood. They were doing TeleMedicine video calls but then for some reason that wasn’t an option to me.. they said they weren’t doing them anymore which makes no sense to me because if you aren’t seeing patients in person or on video chat then how are you treating your patients?! So I called back a couple days later explaining to them why I made the appointment and that it was time sensitive and I needed labs done to figure out what was wrong with me and they gave me the run around, then told me to go up to their office the next morning to fill out paperwork and they’d make me an appointment. Always changing doctor and nurses some of us patients want the same Dr and nurses not different ppl and never a notice had one nurse when changed very rude don't speak back to you when you speak to her. Not a good places at all . Would give no stars if possible

No tengo problemas con ninguna de las muchachas ni con las doctoras ni enfermeras ni recepcionista todas son muy buenas atentas y todo pero… mi único problema es que las enfermeras no usan guantes para la extracción de sangre🤢lo mismo cogen una muestra de orina del counter y luego te sacan sangre sin lavarse las manos porque me a pasado. Es mi único problema
