Customer service could use a facelift. CRISTY (the one in the sling) is the person in charge of Cognitive Exams. COGNITIVE! She thought it would be a good idea to mention to the nurse that she "looked" "more stiff" than I did. Very unprofessional. 0/5 Do not recommend!

This isn’t my first visit here, and every time the experience has been excellent. The staff are professional, helpful. I truly feel well looked after here

The people here truly are a great group. They're taking good care of me since getting rear-ended in a car accident. My neck and shoulder hurts pretty bad, but they're helping me get through it.

UNPROFESSIONAL… arrived to my new patient appointment and completed paperwork only to find out that my appointment had to be rescheduled after being there 37 minutes. When I asked why, there was no explanation. It’s frustrating that doctor’s offices sometimes don’t care about the sacrifices patients make to get to appointments. Don’t waste your time here!

My therapist is Dave Miracle. He is great therapist! The only thing is the frustration of getting clear answer from the office staff. If I stick with this company is because of how good the therapist is. It is hard to find a therapist like him but at this point I’m ready to let go.
