The place is very cozy. The staff is so nice and gentle. Definitely I recommend this place because they are professional and ready to do several kind of job with vast experience. Lisa is really that kind of person who can make you feel comfortable anyway. The Doctor Sula Umansky like to explain everything and every step to keep you informed. Tuesday August 12, 2025. My new experience still the same, this time Dr Ashley Johnson and Lisa like assistant, need Spanish? No problems with Dr Johnson because her Spanish is really good and perfectly understandable. Their attitude is so positive, professional and make you feel comfortable in the meadle of her job. I was very disappointed with how my daughter was treated during her visit. After she was numbed, the dentist repeatedly told her to bite down, but she physically could not. Instead of showing patience or explaining what to do, he asked her, “Do you want to stay longer?” When she replied that she was trying, he said he would be back and told us to “teach her how to bite down while she waits.” This comment was rude and disrespectful, especially toward a teenager who was already uncomfortable and doing her best. A dental office should be a place where patients feel supported, not talked down to.

This place is like no other dental experience. Every person from start to finish is friendly, caring, helpful, patient, and professional. I felt very odd at first how caring they are for your needs before anything else. You d I nt see that type of care anywhere these days it's in and out as fast as your insurance allows. Here they take time to really listen and help YOU. I can't remember all of the great people who helped me by name because everyone is so helpful and caring. Just know no matter who you see your in good care . Thank you all for the care you help this nervous, doubtful,anxious, guy I was . You definitely make the dentist a at home feeling Thank you.

My kids have been coming here since we moved to the area last August . My 4 year old autistic son had a horrible experience with Dr Sam yesterday. He cried while getting his teeth prepared for caps. I asked what was wrong and asked them do he maybe need another numbing shot . The Dr told me I needed to get out and return to the front to wait for my son . I asked what was the problem with me asking the question about my crying son. He told me get out . When I left out he closed the sliding door slamming it shut in a nasty manner . My son continued to cry . He stopped work and referred him to a different dentist. The staff and front desk are all respectful people . I called them and told them he’s started to chew his jaw and lip and I called them to send over antibiotics. They agreed. It’s a

My daughter absolutely loves the staff at Advantage Dentists! Every visit has been a wonderful experience thanks to the warm, welcoming environment and the incredible team. Each person brings such a vibrant personality, and you can truly feel the genuine care from the moment you walk in. While I know all of their names, I’d rather not risk misspelling anyone—because each one of them deserves recognition for the amazing work they do.
