I was reccomended to Chris Curry by a trusted friend. I was highly disappointed and angered by his arrogance and inability to listen to me, his new patient. He completely disregarded my lack of pain tolerance even though I had a consultation in person with him on a Monday, and went back for pellet insertion on Wednesday same week. I wasn’t numb and he just said afterwards (me screaming in pain) “Oh no one else reacted like this before! I was so mad because I took the time to go to his office and explain my particular pain level of zero, told him how my Dr. back in Evanston, IL. Worked to get me numb before the procedure. Basically she let the lidocaine sit for 4-5 minutes before she made the scale cut and asked me several times if I could feel her pressing a blunt instrument against my

Love the entire staff at this place and everything Dr. Curry provides. For years I’ve struggled with anger and weight. I’m 4’10 so really not a lot of room for my fat to go. However, with the help of Dr. Curry I am finally losing the bloat and extra weight. I am also a lot happier thanks to the testosterone pellets. I’ve been premenopausal since having my ovary removed in 2003. I can’t thank this place enough for giving me quality of life back and helping me end my depression.

All I can say is Dr. Curry is a big mouth who thinks he know better than every other doctor or practice, and me, as his patient. He interrupted me, did not listen to my opinion, and told me everything I was previously doing was incorrect and all I needed was his pellets to solve all of my problems, many of which had nothing to do with hormonal issues., All in all, he left me with the feeling that I knew nothing about anything concerning my health. Then he proceeded to charge my insurance company 400.00 for his hour of arrogance. My husband went and had same experience, then had his prescription sent to the wrong pharmacy after clearly stating where he wanted it sent. Dr. Curry is a nurse, not a doctor or a surgeon. Beware and PLEASE go elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect.
