Advanced Vital Care Infusion Services

Update- I was able to finally get an appointment. It went great they were so nice and accommodating for anything I needed. They explained everything that would be happening and how long it might take. Have debated posting this review but at this point other people need to know that they must keep on about insurance. My OB sent in a referral for a Iron Infusion due to anemia in pregnancy almost 4 weeks ago. They advised me after a week of having my referral that the insurance needed a referral from my PCP but that was after I called them. I got with my PCP and they sent it over, now my pcp did mess up and sent it to the wrong place but Vital Care never followed -up with me or my pcp or even my OB. My mom recently started IV treatments at Advanced Vital Care. Ericka was very compassionate and kind. She made mom feel comfortable and she had a great experience!! Ericka was very professional and attentive, top rate service! Mom has to have treatments once a month and it gives us great peace of mind to know she’s receiving great care and is very well looked after!! Thank you for the caring and top notch service!!
