For over 10 years, Dr. Malhotra has guided me through some sensitive and difficult times. He is very knowledgeable, personable , and someone that I fully trust. The office is clean and the staff has always been professional, responsive and friendly. I fully recommend this practice.

Believe the one star reviews because they tell the truth! My mother was referred to this place over a year ago and her appointments were cancelled MULTIPLE times! Rescheduled appointments were another month out and her issue never got resolved. We got tired of dealing with them so I switched her insurance. Most recently my father was referred here, their appointments were two months out. I asked his PCP’s office for a referral to somewhere else but then my father ended up in ER because of his condition . I called and left a message if they could make an exception and see him sooner due to the urgency of his situation. No one ever bothered to call me back instead they sent a text requesting a text back with front and back images of his insurance card and copy of his referral. What on earth

I know there are a ton of 1 star reviews here, and honestly I get it. This clinic deals with problems that people want gone as quickly as humanly possible and it’s frustrating when you feel stonewalled on getting the treatment. This is a relatively small clinic of three extremely talented doctors and they serve a CRAZY number of patients. It’s hard to get in touch with them over phone, and they have forgotten to return calls after I left messages. But I will counter with this: I had a serious debilitating issue that had a simple fix. They scheduled me for an appointment weeks out and I was heartbroken knowing the fix was so close yet so far. I decided to go in person and talked to them and not only was it easy as cake to schedule an appointment with an extremely kind receptionist, but Dr.

For the one year, 2020 to July 2021, I encountered three experience with their office. All the three experience were of similar circumstance: Latest one being 07/26/2021, I showed up for an appointment about 15 minutes before the actual appointment time of 9:10 AM, which was made a few months ago. The receptionist told me that my appointment was cancelled before the doctor was sick. I requested to see their office manager. After about 10 minutes, the office manager did manage to see me, and told me that the office called their appointees 20 minutes earlier on their appointment cancellation. After I showed her my cell phone incoming phone call record that there was no such phone call from their office, she changed her story that the Covid-19 caused the confusion. This was the 3rd time

This is a horrible office. The staff redefines incompetence!!! I was referred to Dr Chu. Though it was a long wait the doctor seemed competent so I was happy. My issue was that he promised they would make an appointment for a procedure and they never did. When I called and ask to speak to the doctor they would not let me. Told me that if I wanted to speak with him I had to make an appointment, so I did. When I came in Dr. Chu was confused and spoke with the front desk. He told them I had to make my own appointment, they don't provide that service. That's odd but it's fine if someone would have told me that upfront instead of charging me for another visit and wasting 2 more weeks. This story gets worse. So I have my procedure. I go for my follow up. Dr. Chu wants to send me to another spec
