Advanced Urology

in 2017 Doc inserted a Bladder Interstim device in my body TWICE and neither location improved my bladder symptoms - once on Right-side, few weeks later on Left. Neither positions worked and device was finally REMOVED for the 2nd. time. To add insult to injury, Doc also neglected to correct Medical Records which still show an Interstim in my body, so when going to a CT or MRI exam, I am told I have an implant in my body – which I DO NOT. Useless painful medical procedure, completely reversed and now having to deal with Medical Records error on top. Not the kind of medical treatment or record keeping you want or expect from your specialist…

My husband was told that Dr. McCarthy was good at what he does. I can say, he's really excellent. When my husband came out of surgery, Dr McCarthy came and explained everything to me. It really meant a lot and gave me comfort. This was a scary experience but I'm Thankful for Advanced Urology.
