Avoid this practice like a plague. They have no courtesy of honoring appointments on time. I was a new patient and requested an emergency appointment with Dr. Berman for a UTI. After patiently waiting for 75 minutes, I had to simply walk out because they could not give me a clue when I would be seen while another patient who came after me goes first. Obviously, this happens when you double book patients. No courtesy, no apology, no decency. I will never go there again
