I had such a wonderful experience at this urgent care today. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and warm. They made me feel comfortable right away and even had me laughing during my visit — which is saying a lot when you’re not feeling your best! The entire team was so friendly and attentive, and I truly felt cared for and listened to. On top of that, the visit was quick and efficient without feeling rushed. I’m so grateful for the compassionate care I received today. Highly recommend!

Here from Oklahoma to help with great-grandson. Ended up with terrible congestion, cough, headache, and wheezing. Went in to urgent care and was treated with to best care. This team is definitely an A+ team. I'd recommend them to my friends and family. I'll definitely go back for further care if needed. Thank you for providing such outstanding care. 🌹

If you enjoy wasting your time, this is the place for you. The online “skip the line” pre-registration is apparently just a marketing slogan. We had a scheduled appointment and still waited over 90 minutes. Even more impressive was that every walk-in patient was taken back before we were even brought into a room. So much for having an appointment. When we arrived, we were told they weren’t busy and that the wait wouldn’t be long. Meanwhile, the entire lobby was full of patients waiting. During that time, staff remained comfortably seated, frequently on their phones, while rooms were clearly not being turned over with any urgency. I walked in and was seen right away and everyone was very friendly. I didn’t have insurance at the time and they were very considerate about that. I needed to have lab work done and the PA was really nice and told me that she wouldn’t be sending it out if she didn’t feel it was necessary. She also told me that when I get the bill I should call them and ask them if I can get a reduced rate because I am self pay. I would definitely go back again.

I scheduled an appointment online at 5:45. I arrived 10 minutes early. I did not get called back until 6:45 PM. The male Taking my vitals was nice. When the doctor had came in, it was already close to 7:00 PM. I told the doctor that I had bumps on my throat, and I was very congested and had a headache. She looked at my throat and didn’t see any bumps. I had to have her look a second time because I could feel them in my mouth and see them . She shrugged it off and told me your throat probably just looks like that. Meaning there was nothing wrong with it. Although she felt my lymph nodes and they were swollen.
