Advanced Urgent Care | Kaiser Permanente Tysons Corner Medical Center

This my experience. I decided to go to this urgent care vs Woodbridge location. Every security, employee of Kaiser was nothing was kind. Made my mom comfortable and was helpful with everything with my mom. Was in and out less than 1.5 hours. This is being Christmas.

I want to thank the entire staff for their support during my recent visit. Everyone was kind and helpful. I especially like to thank Dr. Christopher Chan, who truly cares for his patients. He takes the time to listen, addresses every concern, and ensures you feel well looked after. Kaiser should be proud to have such dedicated and talented professionals on their team who truly make a difference.

Tonight, dr changin seo of tysons urgent care was phenomenal in his role as the "on-call " doctor for advise nurses He quickly properly diagnosed my issues and needs and for the 1st time ever from an on-call doctor & any & all urgent care doctors in years...he listened to my reporting my symptoms to my nephrooogist and followed the lead of dr. Desai & myself & did not insist I go to urgent care Obviously, Dr. Seo is extremely smart and capable of high level critical thinking/quite unusual at kaiser Anyone lucky enough to get him as your doctor in urgent care or as your on-call advice nurse physician should trust his judgment & thank your lucky stars you got him He reminds of the phenomenal Dr. PIERRE PAULTRE/His colleague & maybe his mentor Thank you Dr. Seo for your brilliance & care

Your professionalism, compassion, and dedication significantly enhanced my experience. I am especially grateful for the hard work and commitment you all displayed in ensuring my well-being. I would like to specifically acknowledge Nurse Gina, Dr. Cheung, and the doctor who was present on the morning of May 2, whose name I regrettably do not recall. ZERO STARS! Absolutely unacceptable experience at Kaiser Permanente Urgent Care. We have been waiting over 5 hours and STILL haven’t been seen by a provider. No updates, no communication, and not a single staff member available to check in on people. This is supposed to be urgent care — instead, it’s chaos and indifference wrapped in a healthcare facility. The service is outrageously slow, and the system clearly isn’t equipped to handle patient volume. A complete disaster. If you value your time or health, go anywhere else. Kaiser should be ashamed of how they treat their patients. People deserve better than to suffer in silence for hours because a giant healthcare provider can’t figure out basic logistics.
