URGENT CARE?! I was told that the wait is 2 hours and it's 6. No reason the waiting room is damn near empty. Apprently you have doctors in URGENT CARE that have appointments?! I just paid a 50 dollar copay NOT TO GET SEEN. That I now can't get back. If I wanted to wait 6 hours I'd go to the freaking ER. How about you go to patient first URGENT CARE and see how long it takes for you to get back to see a doctor who for some odd reason can manage patients and walk-ins within ... idk ... 3 hours. What is the point of this insurance if I can't use it ? Another patient that has been there a while and had important medical needs was too not seen so long she had to call a ride home. Without being seen. You cannot label your facility as a URGENT CARE. Nothing is urgent. if your "doctors" can't m

I'm writing this as I'm sitting here waiting to be called back. I came to this location because when I called, I was told the wait was under an hour. I do understand things change, but I've been waiting now for over 3 and a half hours. I was told 4 people were still ahead of me. They call a name and then don't call any others for an hour later. It's pretty absurd. Definitely not any "urgent" care being provided here. Update! The wait was awful, but the doctors and nurses were very kind and helpful

Absolutely the worst service ever.Came here with my Mom tonight 12/27@5:04 pm.It is now 8:15 and she has yet to see a doctor. She came in with shortness of breath and her feet are swollen.She is also on oxygen 24/7.I went to asked the receptionist how much longer?She said what do you mean.I said how much longer before my Mother sees the doctor?In which I was told with an attitude that she has 13 people ahead of her.So I went to tell my mother and your receptionist decided to join in mine and my mother's conversation. They service and attitude I received from your employee was totally unacceptable.

I'm being polite by giving them 2 Stars for having easy access parking and short check in. However, my mother is a senior and we have been waiting to be seen since a little after 8pm, and it's after 11pm. Sure there were people ahead of us, but 3 plus hours to be seen by a doctor is extremely long for a non congested location in my opinion. I guess, I'm a bit frustrated due to only having 3 more hour's to sleep before getting ready for the day. Not a good start!! All in all, I hope this location improves getting their patients in and out in a timely manner without diluting quality.

Waited 5 hours to see a doctor service was ok but damn the wait time if you pain better call 911 don't come here.
