The owner is very thorough in making certain you get the right shoes and fits. She has excellent advice for Diabetics on how to better care for our feet. I felt like my needs were addressed excellently by the owner. I am a Veteran and I've been to three other "foot" businesses' to be fitted for shoes but Advanced Steps is above and beyond everyone else. A+

Absolutely amazing and courteous staff!!!! I was beyond pleased in every way with this place. My father was in need of custom diabetic shoes/inserts and the staff at advance step were so helpful and informative and made the process so comfortable and stressless. Probably the most positive experience I've had in any medical setting, anywhere. Thank you all for being so kind and helpful!!!! I wish every medical office had the empathy and practiced professionalism as these people at Advance Step do.

My experience with Advanced steps has been amazing . The staff is very friendly . The owner is very thorough thru out the assessment. Overall I am pleased with my new shoes and insert.

Courteous staff at first visit. But, never got shoes. No one answers phone, been given the run around, and my dad has never received his shoes. Have to go back to Dr and get another referral for a different place. Been waiting almost a year and they keep saying the shoes aren't in, or they are in, just not ready. Terrible!

If I could give them a 0 I would. Husband had appointment back in May for fitting. Here it is the end of August and no shoes. Only after threatening them with a call to the VA Hotline did they call and say the shoes were in and the inserts were ready. We go in and the shoes were the wrong size,(at the fitting we told her they had to be bigger because of my husband's unusual feet), but she's the expert. That was a week ago. She said she'd order a new pair and would call this week. Here it is Friday, they're closed till Tuesday and no call, no shoes. Pretty poor service all in all.
