Impossible to get an appointment even with a doctor’s referral. Nobody ever answers the phone. I left several messages. Nobody called back. I went somewhere else.

I have been waiting to hear from someone named Sinclair to return my voicemail(s). Haven’t heard anything from this person. The office I was referred to in Fuquay-Varina is only open on Thursdays. I was told by the VA Community Care that this place helps disabled veterans. How, when? I’m going to another place in Holly Springs. I have read your reviews, and don’t see how you have as many stars as you do.

I’ve been seeing them for 15 years and they are absolutely amazing. I’m getting nerve blocks and ablations now and I’m so thankful that I’ve met them. I don’t care what any bad reviews say they are amazing they help you not just throw medicine at you!

Sadly this place is little better than a third world nations medical facility, out in the bush with folding tables in the patient rooms and NO sink in the clinical area. With no sink the PA who was nice enough had no place wash his hands before injecting me. I was in disbelief why in the world would you have an office that the staff can't even wash their hands! I told my doctor who referred me that the place was worse than a veterinarians office. Thankfully I did not get an infection but seriously the place looks and feels like your entering a back alley type of setting. Completely unprofessional to the point of being scary.

Josh is a fantastic provider and really cares about his patients. Would highly recommend him anytime.
