This has nothing to do with the DR... I am sure he is great and I have honestly heard nothing but good things. However, some of the staff is about as rude as can be. I have never experienced anything quite like it. I was hung up on and talked down to because of an emergency that needed me to reschedule an appt. Completely unprofessional and I will not use them again no matter how great the DR may be.

Tried to call the office and the receptionist was SO rude to me. I've never been yelled at and spoken over to before. I couldn't even get a word in!

More than a great doctor Dr. Xiong has a wonderful personality. He his excellent bed Communication as well as his calm and ability to explain in 'English'. The explanations are understood by someone (me) that does not know a paragraph of big medical words. If you don't understand something Dr. Xiong will take the time with every client!!! Really rude staff I don't recommend anyone to go to this office. No one should be subjected to this kind of rudeness and for the doctors to have staff like that working for them they should be ashamed of their staff.
