Very poor and redundant check-in process. You must complete a questionnaire and insurance information for every single visit! I have never seen this. Someone needs to look into this process and change it. They also rotate their doctors between offices so it can take a very long time if you want an appointment with he same doctor at the same office. I am not driving an extra half hr to see the doctor at another location. Very inconvenient business model.

Office staff are incompetent. Called to verify insurance ~ 8 hrs. prior to the appointment time; they never ran the insurance and then claimed that the policy was "inactive" as we were walking into the appointment. They tried to get us to sign a waiver, stating we would pay out of pocket for the cost of the appointment. I refused, and subsequently walked out. I immediately called the insurance company which verified the policy is 100% active. This is the second time the office staff have mishandled our insurance info, leading to 3 cancelled appointments. I WILL NEVER GO BACK due to staff incompetency.

Dr. Dave is the best! It's unfortunately rare these days to find a doctor who will spend time with you to listen to your concerns, answer all of your questions without feeling rushed, and even ask you before leaving the room if you have anything else you'd like addressed, but this is exactly what Dr. Dave does. I've never felt like he's trying to rush through an appointment, and I know he really listens because of the follow up questions he asks. He's empathetic, very easy to talk to, and exudes trustworthiness!

Would not recommend. Very frustrated with these doctors. I wanted a simple allergy exam but had to schedule several appointments and had to book months in advance. Save yourself and go someplace else. They are just want your money. I was annoyed and ended up going somewhere where I was able to get in the same week and the results all in one appointment.

I made an appointment with this office 1 month in advance, and took a day off work so I could make it. They called the week of and the morning of the appointment to confirm. 2 MINUTES before I was scheduled to arrive as I was in their parking lot they cancelled the appointment. I get that things come up, but this was incredibly disrespectful of my time. Surely they would have charged me if I wasted their time.
