This was my first time visiting Advanced Sedation Dentistry and I can honestly say everything about my experience was great. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and cared for. The front desk staff was friendly, professional, and made the check in process smooth and easy. The office itself is very clean, modern, and calming, which immediately helped me feel comfortable. The dental team was incredibly attentive and kind. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure I understood my treatment options. I never felt rushed or pressured. What stood out the most was how patient and reassuring everyone was. You can truly tell that they care about their patients and want you to feel safe and at ease. Dr Delva and her team are the very best! They offered me an emergency visit same day and I left there pain free with my crown in place. They don’t judge you for falling short on dental hygiene and encourage you to make better choices. Mara the assistant is incredibly patient and the receptionist at the Virginia Beach site was instrumental in rescuing me from the pain of an acute broken tooth. Thank you to the whole team for your efforts!!!

I have major anxiety about the dentist due to previous trauma. I just happened to find this office. I'm so glad I did. My first visit went so much better than I thought. The staff made me feel comfortable and worked with my anxiety. There were several times I could tell they were paying attention to all of me and not just my mouth. Upon entering the office I encountered Julie at the front desk. She greeted me with a smile and was friendly. During my exam, the dental assistant Amhara took her time getting my x-rays. If one did not come out the way she wanted, she did it again. She was gentle and communicated with me about what she was doing. She explained what levels of sedation and how that worked. 1st time new patient, schedule care later. Very impressive, kind, professional staff from the minute I walked in the door to minute I left. I choose practice from Google because I am highly anxious about dental so I needed options to explore for Dental Care. I know my choices and am pleased with my options.
