Just when you’ve lost all faith in the medical system, Dr Ng shows up and you realize this is what healthcare was supposed to be like all along. Did not feel rushed at all. Compassionate, professional and humble. Front desk staff and nursing is great too. Highly recommend.
Love the staff and how they make you feel welcome. Miss my old doctor Dr. Snowten but Dr George has been so helpful and understanding and she is continuing the same care and concern about the patient.
I can't say enough good things about this practice. Arian Snowden NP, Her nurse tammy and all the ladies who answer the phone are an absolute joy to work with. I never have a difficult time reaching anyone,. They always have a immediate appointments available and they are so thorough with follow up care. If you want to make sure that you are well taken care of I recommend that you definitely establish with advanced primary care.
Staff is friendly, respectful and efficient. Dr NG is kind, caring, thorough.
I just had my first appt and I loved it! I felt very heard and seen by the nurse & by Doctor Sierra ! Can’t wait to continue my care here.
