What an amazing team Mandy has put together! Everyone here cares and goes the extra mile to really get you the care you need. And Mandy herself is just lovely and very knowledgeable. I felt significantly better after just two visits here!

It's been a few months but this stuff just keeps nagging at me. I read through some of the other poorly rated reviews and was nodding my head. I felt the specifics that formed my opinion might also help others: Pros: *PTs were friendly *Techs were AMAZING! *PT performs some chiropractic type adjustments. *Each appointment included e-Stim, ultrasound, massage, exercise, stretching, hands on manipulation and icing... The whole kit and caboodle! *Techs were good about disinfecting the treatment tables between patients. Cons: *Male techs removed e-stim pads from under my waistline without warning and without asking permission. This required the tech to have to pull down the back of my leggings to remove the pads (I REALLY should have said something about this - I was really shaken up about

I came to Mandy for a knee injury from a patella dislocation from dancing. The staff and treatment were amazing! I healed so fast and now I’m back to dancing!

I struggled with the decision to write this review but then thought that maybe someone in the future could benefit from it, so here I am. I had been seen by Mandy from Sept '23 until the end of July '24. I originally was referred to Mandy by my Urologist for Pelvic Floor PT. Within just a few visits my pelvic pain had resolved for which I was so thankful. However, I was still instructed to come to the clinic three times a week and received the same treatment each visit which included a full back/pelvis chiropractic-type manipulation. I noticed that all patients receive the same treatment/care...nothing is personalized to your bodies need. I had the most traumatizing experience here today. First off, it took 3 hours… I considered walking out half way through and I wish I did. Mandy is the only PT and the techs run the show, which is illegal btw. Mandy does all the pelvic floor therapy and normal physical therapy, she probably had 10 patients there at one time. The office is run like an assembly line. It is clear their treatments are a copy and paste approach, you will not be receiving personalized care here. I went for pelvic floor therapy since I just had a baby and she couldn’t even clearly articulate what the problem was. This is likely because she didn’t do more than a 3 minute evaluation to even know. Also, I saw her doing manipulations on every single patient. She cracked my entire spine and manipulated my whole pelvis
