I am so glad a friend highly recommended Karen at Advanced Physical Therapy on SW 18th St. in Boca Raton. I had immediate results when I started Therapy after a C2 neck fracture 3 years ago, and continue to see her for a periodic “tuneup”. My additional current sessions are for a full right knee replacement for extensions and strength building. Again she is so skilled and intuitively knows what to do and when to adjust the treatment for best results. She is an outstanding therapist, with a great staff as well. I am so grateful for such compassionate expertise!

I’ve used Advanced PT for several unrelated issues and results always exceeded my expectations. Doctors had offered surgery on both of my knees, but thanks to ADPT I had not only avoided surgery, I am now free of knee pain for more than a year. My back and shoulder had improved significantly as well. ADPT staff is attentive, professional knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely concerned about patients’ wellbeing. There are plenty of exercise equipment and general atmosphere is very pleasant. A wonderful place to get healed!

If you have any kind of pain, chronic or as a result of injury, I highly recommend APT therapist Fernanda. She combines an incredible massage technique with cold laser therapy and your pain just melts away. She is very gentle, highly skilled and asks the right questions, so she can understand exactly how you are feeling and reacting to her treatment. It takes about 45 minutes and you are a new person at the end of the session -- very relaxed and very happy! An important positive effect of this type of massage is that it unblocks your lymph system and also increases your immunity. For me I go every 7-10 days because it helps me so much! They took in the doctor’s script, made sure my insurance covered everything, did an evaluation so the physical therapists would know what and how to work on my physical issue. Then the therapists went to work with a TENS unit, deep massage (human being), another machine like the TENS which probes deeper in the body, and I was shown how to and did exercises. I was given exercises to do at home and they added more as my physical therapy progressed and different nuances arose. The people are very nice. They are there to help and do everything they can to resolve the physical issue. Great space. Great people. Great product (the physical therapists). Great process.
