I called this pediatric office in Boca Raton because my son had a fever for six days, and I was concerned and looking for medical help. I was simply trying to have my child’s health checked—not to register as a patient or go through a long administrative process. During the call, I was told that there was an available appointment at 2:00 PM. However, after I was asked whether we had been there before and it became clear that we were new, the focus immediately shifted to providing full medical records and complete medical history since birth in order to be seen. I explained that gathering all of this information would take time and that my child was currently sick, but there was no flexibility or sense of urgency. ⚠️ WARNING TO PARENTS: This office is a complete disaster. Endless waiting lists, disorganized staff, and doctors who let it happen — it’s unacceptable. Families are ignored, appointments mishandled, and the care you expect simply does not exist. I will be sharing my full experience because parents deserve to know exactly what’s going on here. This is not a place you should trust with your child’s time, health, or wellbeing. If you care about your family, consider this a serious warning. I was on this pediatric practice’s waiting list for four years. Unfortunately, the problems started the moment we were finally accepted. So disappointed in this office. They just dropped my son from their practice because I didn’t follow every single CDC vaccine on their exact schedule. Seriously? As a nurse practitioner myself, I would never just abandon a patient over this. We believe in vaccines, we just wanted to space them out a bit — and instead of working with us, they completely dismissed us. Now we’re stuck without a pediatrician, all because we didn’t do things exactly their way. It’s so unfair and unprofessional. If you want a doctor who listens and respects parents’ choices, look somewhere else.

I have been seeing Dr. Kaitlyn Castillo for my baby, Luka, since he was born.. she has listened, examined and taken care of my son as if it were her own. I highly recommend her as a PCP for all your babies needs. 10/10!!!!!!
