Heartless, cold faces people who only care about their "rules". My kid has been with them since birth (6years now). Even with regular checkup, you better count on your luck of who you're seeing that day. Nobody knows how to smile in this place, give you condescending attitude. It feels like you are their burdens for showing up. One time, a nurse even yelled at me when my child was too scared to sit still on the scale. When COVID hit, I had to beg them to even see my kid (at the time was 18months old) who threw up and had fever of over 120. Today, she woke up with rashes all over her body and coughing, walked in to hopefully to have someone who can see my kid. The first thing that came out of their mouth was:" We don't take walk-in, that is a very strict rule from the beginning". No empathy

I have been a patient at this practice for some time, but I am deeply concerned about the ongoing issues with their triage line. Recently, I had medical concerns regarding my child that required a nurse’s input, but I was unable to get anyone to pick up. This is unfortunately not the first time this has happened. On multiple occasions now, while trying to reach out for medical guidance, our calls have been repeatedly disconnected or hung up on. It is incredibly frustrating to have a sick child and be met with a dial tone instead of professional support. What makes this even more concerning is that there seems to be no clear or accessible way to file a concern with the office privately. I’ve been bringing my child to Advanced Pediatrics since birth and have generally had excellent experiences with the staff and other providers. Unfortunately, my recent visit with Lailah Safi, PA-C was my least positive experience. Her demeanor came across as a mix of passive-aggressive professionalism and condescending politeness. It was disappointing and not the supportive, welcoming care I’ve come to expect from Advanced Pediatrics.

We love this clinic! All three of my kids are seen here and we are always greeted with happiness. The appointment process is so easy we always call and get on the schedule. The staff is so friendly from the front desk, to the medical assistants all the way to the providers. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Had a wonderful experience today with PA Owens and nurse Arianna. They were both amazing with both my children 10yr girl and 5yr boy. The ladies were both understanding and accepting of kids behaviors and reactions. I was about to switch prior to this visit as we had a less than appealing visit with a different doctor. Gave them another chance and these ladies blew it out of the park. Thank you for being so kid friendly in the pediatric environment that you chose to be in! We need more people like you ladies!
