My formal name is Vicky Aguayo. Dr. Ky has provided outstanding care for my pain management . Dr KY is Very knowledgeable and comprehensive services. Takes the time to explain issues and possible solutions. Very honest regarding available medications along with the associated benefits and drawbacks. he is highly personable and kind. he expects the same from his staff. They are also knowledgeable and professional. Most of the diseases Dr. KY deals with are chronic and have some very painful and difficult manifestations. I have personally experienced very high levels of pain and the emotional trauma of dealing with knowing that I have a chronic diseases that have a very negative impact on my ability to live my life on my own terms. I have severe neck issues in constant pain !!!! I have never went into a Drs office with a pain level 9-10 .... and left with no pain ? This Dr Paul Ky, was the most down to earth Dr I have ever meet he explained my diagnosis in words I could understand! He gave me Great advice and Opinions ! My first visit with the PA I was very impressed and also with Doctor once I met him for the first time. They were very thorough and asking their questions about where the pain was how it felt and their goal was to find the root of the problem of the pain. Tests were ordered. It took a couple months. We found what the problem was and referrals were done to the doctors that can help. Unfortunately it requires surgery. And that aspect I give them a 10 They are great! The only problem I have was every single month I had a problem getting my prescriptions to help with the pain I was constantly calling in every month and requesting with the pharmacy to call in the script to get my prescription. I have had a great relationship with Dr.Ky For almost 10 years now and have had at least 100 different procedures and have always respected the care and professionalism from the entire staff to Dr KY himself have gone above and beyond the normal expected from a doctor and their entire staff.
