Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Institute

I had a mixed experience at Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. While the doctors are great and knowledgeable, the same cannot be said for the staff, particularly at the front desk. They made several mistakes with my insurance claims, which made the process incredibly frustrating. I also faced issues when I requested a simple doctor's note; their response was that it would take 5-10 business days, which is simply unacceptable. The staff were unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome during each visit. Unfortunately, I will be looking for a different doctor and cannot recommend this place if you value competent customer service.

Everyone here is so professional and friendly. The front desk staff are so accommodating at fitting you into the schedule. The staff will consistently ask how you’re feeling and make you feel comfortable all of the time. PT is not easy but this place makes it easier. I had Marc for my last surgery and I have Matt and Rebecca now and they are all really good at their job. Great people! :)

I had a great experience with Dr Gregory. I admit the front office needs some tweaking to maybe be a little kinder and smile more. Less wait time on the phone would be fabulous, i waited almost ten minutes on hold more then once. But the doctor is extremely caring and i felt like i was in good hands. I would recommend the two doctors i have seen. Dr Elkridge and Dr Gregory Wonderful doctors.

Disrespectful nurses. Left me on hold for 20 minutes, to tell me the manager can't come to the phone while laughing. Dr cant get their plans for a patient together. Constantly changing meds while in hospital 3 to 4 times a day. Stay away. I spent 3 times there over a period of a month. Five days to 12 days at a time.
