So I'ma post this AND screen shot this and let it be at that, This lady is a con artist at its finest. She made me pay for local procedure cause that was more in my budget. (I had to pay half or all before she got the procedure done) as I did. I couldn't afford anesthesia and I made that clear, She then still took me back told her team she was going to proceed with the anesthesia, then she came in with a paper and con me into signing a paper by telling me that the paper means I am aware of getting the procedure which I was BUT Not anesthesia, we already discuss the "local procedure" cause I couldn't afford anesthesia.... NOW she's slapping me with a bill I can't afford cause she and the pharmacist made a mistake by not giving me the Xanax an hour before my surgery so now I have to get my

I know I wrote a review for here when I first started going last year. (I don't see that review.) And the reason I wrote one is because they are, hands down, the absolute best Oral/Facial practitioners I've ever encountered. I just wrote a lengthy review for Dr. Hale who they recommended as well. And all that praise can he heaped here too. In short: 5-star, detailed, focused, health-conscious, attentive, proactive -- just stuff you don't find much of anymore anywhere. Worth every penny.

Awesome experience! This was my first time having IV sedation for a wisdom tooth extraction. I was super nervous but the whole team was fantastic and took care of me. I was staring out of the window after given the sedation syringe, Dr.Robles-Velez said “let me know when you feel something” next thing I know I was staring out and the procedure was over. Highly recommend, very professional.

Dr. Jennibeth is a God send. She serves her patients with the hands and feet of Jesus! I honestly will never be able to thank her enough for all that she’s done in my life not only as a patient but as a sister in Christ! I don’t usually write reviews but Dr. Jennibeth Velez is hands down the best! My tooth extraction was a very smooth and comfortable process. She also has a great personality and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of her patients.I recommend her to everyone!
