My daughter and I just went in for our yearly exams. I would like to personally thank Dr. Baus for continuing to have such a professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming staff. Julie, Jay, and Carlos always go above and beyond to make sure patients are satisfied with their visits. Staff makes it a point to acknowledge customers by name as they walk in through the door. Julie is always patient and very helpful when it comes to selecting eye wear and going over vision benefits. When we picked up our items, Carlos was very outgoing and made sure we were happy with our purchase. Thank you all for always providing exemplary customer service. It is very much appreciated.

Terrible customer service by Julie, they treated my daughter terrible and now has lost all of our business. We will find a place where we feel will appreciate our business. Calling to check how our insurance billed is our right to know not a complaint. Stay grumpy Julie and you will lose more customers. Jay was the absolute best!

Was my first time seeing an optometrist EVER. Dr.Baus did a very thorough exam and answered all of my questions. Julie was also very explanatory when helping me choose my frames and type of lenses and different styles. As someone who enjoys using glasses i will consider coming back often to fill more frames. This place made my first experience very pleasant 🤓 thank you guys again! ⭐️

The exam itself was fine. I like and felt like I was in good hands but they seem to be rarely open constantly changing their hours! I called one Saturday and they were closed at noon, while another Saturday, 1:30 eventhough the website says 4:00pm. I'm glad I didn't make the hour drive AGAIN!
