Advanced Massage Therapy

to start, i was late on my first appointment because she never updated her address on google & instead assumed i would just know her address that she has on the reservation is different from on google & tried to blame me for being late instead of apologizing for not being clear prior to the appointment . this appointment only lasted 30 minutes especially since she stops 10 minutes prior . let me note, she made several appointments before i left my first appointment . i went to my next appointment . this appointment was scheduled for 4:15 but i told her id try to be there at 4 to get a whole hour in & when i got there exactly at 4, she was in the back & so i didnt get seen until 4:15 which the appointment ended ofc at 4:50 so only a 35 minute appointment & she didnt really do my lower back

Lisa is one of the best massage therapists I've ever met. She cares about her clients, clinical outcomes, cleanliness of her office, and quality of her work. There's a reason why some massage places come and go and places like this stay around for years and years. Great Job!
