Friendly intake calland then ignored. Kim took my information and asked that I fax a script from my PCP's office which they did immediately. I followed up a few days later, then a week later, then once a week again for an additional two weeks. I left messages with each follow up and here I am over a month later and I have never heard from Kim again. I do not recommend the office because they are not responsive. I would've appreciated a follow up at minimum to let me know they didn't have the bandwidth for a new patient so I could seek treatment elsewhere.

My initial experience with this business was pleasant, however I am now in a position where I have moved out of state and need my records for a new doctor. I called the office 3 times to speak with Kim K. My calls were ignored every time! I was finally able to get one of the receptionists to call me back and was informed that I can pick my records up, ( 1100 miles away) and it will cost me $35! I can not believe that a therapist who appears to be so friendly and caring has no interest in being kind now that she is not making money from me!

Feels like it is definitely all about the money! I have traveled here with zero results but I keep being told they will start with wrapping and move forward. Has not happened yet so I have decided to go elsewhere. The office operates like children in a game of make believe. The appointment book goes home with the manager so the person in the office can not make an appointment because the book is home with someone who comes in whenever she has time. So upset over all the wasted time and money but no more! I will tell anyone who ask me for a referral to stay far away from this office. They are nice enough but have no idea on how to operate a business because that requires caring about people other than themselves.

Recently diagnosed with lympedema prompting a desperate search for information and treatment options. ALTS was highly recommended when I requested direction from medical professionals. My questions have been answered and treatment begun. I feel I'm well on my way to managing this incidious disease.

I've been a patient here since November 2012! Finally found someone who knows about lymphadema and treats you as a person! Friendly amazing staff who are always willing to help Amazing experience!
