The headphones were placed on me backwards, I could hear his wife talking on the phone during my test. The waiting area is in the stairwell across the hall with the fire-door propped open. I wasn't able to get a copy of my test. Medicare has authorized me to get another hearing test with another company.

They was very nice and the doctor was very helpful with helping me pick out the best hearing aids for me since it was my first time getting them

I couldn't get a copy of my hearing test. And I feel like I'm not sure about service given

They were very thorough,in my hearing exam .& I was happy to know that my hearing loss was not a figment of my imagination.
