I want to share how impressed I’ve been with the service I received from Advanced Hearing and especially Anna. Even though I ultimately did not purchase my hearing aids from them, the care, professionalism, and patience shown throughout my visits were exceptional. Anna took the time to thoroughly explain my options, answer every question, and ensure I was comfortable and informed. It’s rare to find a business that truly puts people first, and Advanced Hearing does exactly that. Advanced Hearing in Mesquite is amazing. One hearing specialist I went to tried to pressure me into buying. The second one I went to, (and bought from) was not attentive after they made the sale. Advanced Hearing helped me out when it wasn’t their responsibility. They made calls to the Manufacturer, kept track of me, and filed my confirmation of authorization so very quickly. I especially appreciate the front office girl in Mesquite,, Billie, because she has worked in the .business many years and can answer questions And solve problems if the doctor is not in. They are open five days a week in Mesquite. The doctor only comes in from St. George three days, I think, but they take good care of you and communicate with you.Thanks again, Advanced Hearing.

The receptionist was very friendly and put our contact info in while getting to know us better. There was no line of patients waiting to see Dr. Thomas. I was surprised at the length of time we had to spend with Dr. Thomas but that may be because we were a new patient. The hearing test and Dr. Thomas' review of the results was informative and she took the time to explain the results to our satisfaction. She gave us a loaner pair of hearing aids to test in our environment for a week and that was very helpful. Overall an enjoyable experience

Dr. Greer is the epitome of a professional. His hearing assessments are very detailed, thorough, and effective. His personal demeanor is always friendly and caring.
