Dr. Ortega was AWESOME and did a great job of explaining my dad's hearing test results to me and my dad in a way that we both could understand. He knew exactly what my dad was experiencing, and what he needed to improve not only his hearing, but his quality of life. He answered my dad's questions before he could even ask them because he's been there. He knows. He isn't pushy and listened to us and he genuinely cares and wants you to get the right hearing aid for YOU. I highly recommend Dr. Ortega and Advanced Hearing Aids. His staff is friendly and helpful too.

Advanced is way above par. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff and there are willing to help if you have any problems. After looking around for hearing aids (and I do plenty of research before I spend my money) I found most of the hearing aid people in town were just out for the money. Most of them are not even Doctors. Dr. Ortega at Advanced Hearing Aids & Audiology Associates is a cut above. Not only friendly but very helpfully also. He also wears hearing aids which makes him have incites on what will work best for my particular hearing situation and the price was better than the other places I checked also.

He is very arrogant and has a almost demeaning attitude. I went to him a couple of years ago with the same responses. And this time I had went through a finance company and this is the Doctor that was on my BCBSOK list. So I had no choice. But I love the hearing aids I have now Finally they are paid off within 3 months.

Very poor management, billing, and internal operation. Mailed my $3000 hearing aid to me without certified mail. Package was lost and they took no responsibility in helping with the cost of the loss. They said they would mail, but never said it wouldn’t be sent certified. I guess they can’t afford the the Certified cost, which I would have paid knowing they were that cheap.
